x: puissance (W)
y: fréquence cardiaque (FC)

Pour trouver B: 
b= y - a*x 

Pour trouver la fréquence cardiaque maximale: 
FCmax= 208 - (0,7*âge) 

Pour trouver la puissance max théorique: 
FCmax = a*x +b 

Pour trouver la VO2: 
VO2= (puissance*consommation en oxygène / masse corporel) + VO2 repos 

Pour trouver la consommation maximale d’oxygène: 
VO2 max= (puissance max théorique*consommation en oxygène / masse corporelle) + VO2 repos
