Sqrt(x+22)=(x+10) --->
x+22=(x+10)^2
    (x+10)^2 --> X^2 +10x+10x+100
    (x^2 +20x+100)
0=x^2 +19x +78
0=(x+6)(x+13)
x + 6 = 0   X+13 = 0
x = -6      X = -13
